The demo sites that are referred to in each chapter of the book have been removed, mostly due to lack of resources to maintain them. At some point we hope to provide cleaned up copies of the databases so that you can recreate the finished demos on your own. The best way to see the demo though is to actually build the sites as outlined in the book. :-)
